My husband was the very first resident at Martha’s House. He has been there for almost 2 years now. I am so thankful and blessed that I found Martha’s House. I immediately felt like family and will continue to support Martha’s House in any way I can. The owners are energetic, compassionate, and most of all patient! It takes special people to do what they do. I cannot say enough about how well treated my husband is and how happy he is. I am well informed of my husband’s condition and change of health. If anything changes, I am notified immediately so I can address it with the doctors. He’s always smiling and tells John, Altoniece, and staff how much he loves them for taking such good care of him. It touches my heart every time I see this. The home is immaculate. I’m very particular about cleanliness but they have me beat. The house is so neat, orderly, and “clean”. They do current events with residents, play games, play music, and celebrate holidays and birthdays. I’ve seen other facilities and my husband was actually in a different facility for 5 months prior to Martha’s House. There is no comparison, not even close! I highly recommend Martha’s House and wouldn’t have my husband anywhere else. They have made a very hard situation a pleasant one especially when I see my husband smile because he’s so comfortable and happy.

My husband has been at Martha’s House since September 2019. Every day since then, I have felt very confident that he is receiving excellent care. The facility is spotless, and he is always clean and well-groomed. The meals are home-cooked and nutritious. Special meals are prepared for holidays and residents’ birthdays. My mom has Alzheimer's, and has been living at Martha's House for almost 2 years! The home is very warm and inviting, always clean, and festive for the holidays! I love the home atmosphere with a maximum of 6 residents! She is given lots of love and special attention to her needs. The owners and staff are very professional, caring, and kind with all the residents. The residents receive wonderful home-cooked meals and snacks.
